Independent Evaluation: How to Create a Rapport-Based Classroom

In November 2025 I visited Langley School in Birmingham to deliver a Rapport-Based Communication training day. The staff then engaged in a two week "focus time”, an initiative during which the school supported the staff to implement and embed the rapport-based practice.

The staff that attended this training completed questionnaires at the start and at the end of the focus time. This data has now been independently evaluated and you can read the report using the link below.

“This evaluation demonstrates exceptional success in introducing Rapport-Based Communication to Langley School. The staff team were engaged and committed, which supported success. 91.5% experienced better relationships and the teams learning together generated solidarity and mutual support”
